Titus Industrial Group proudly represents the Mr. Manhole Chimney Replacement System.
Mr. Manhole is a state of the art tool designed to safely and efficiently excavate and remove your entire chimney section in less than 10 minutes with virtually no physical labor. The tool is best used with a track type skid steer loader, but can also be mounted on larger back hoe stingers and some types of mini-excavators.
Once the chimney is removed, it can be rebuilt using either Ladtech HDPE grade rings, or a chimney insert liner and a poured solid chimney section. Top it off with a GMI Composite frame with cover and you have a state of the art installation that is water tight and corrosion proof with an expected 20 year service life.
